1. Customer Decision Process

— To begin your wholesale journey with House of Rata, you can either purchase a sample on www.yorata.com or place a wholesale order directly.

 

If trying first: pay full retail price, we ship (Incoterm: DAP), you pay import duty on arrival. Not satisfied: return at your cost, we refund the product cost. Satisfied: retail payment is credited toward your wholesale order.

2. Order Wholesale

— Confirm quantity and styles.

- MOQ 30 pieces, mixed styles/colors, or custom signature design (min 30 pcs per SKU).

- Order confirmed and invoiced in full (Incoterm: DAP).

- Full payment (100%) required before shipping.

3. Receive Goods

— Your order ships via DHL (Incoterm: DAP),

or your own courier if you prefer, and you pay import duties directly upon receipt.
