1. Customer Decision Process

— To begin your wholesale journey with House of Rata, you can either purchase a sample on www.yorata.com or place a wholesale order directly.

 

If trying first: pay full retail price, we ship (Incoterm: DAP), you pay import duty on arrival. Not satisfied: return at your cost, we refund the product cost. Satisfied: retail payment is credited toward your wholesale order.

2. Order Wholesale

— Confirm quantity and styles.

- MOQ 30 pieces, mixed styles/colors, or custom signature design (min 30 pcs per SKU).

- Order confirmed and invoiced in full (Incoterm: DAP).

- Full payment (100%) required before shipping.

- First-time wholesale order? You can exchange up to 2 times within 2 months of receiving your order — for other styles available in our central stock, of equal wholesale value. Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in resalable condition. Buyer covers shipping both ways.

3. Receive Goods

— Your order ships via DHL (Incoterm: DAP),

or your own courier if you prefer, and you pay import duties directly upon receipt.
