If you would like to exchange an item purchased through www.yorata.com, please send us a request for an exchange authorization within 7 days of delivery arrival date. All returns must be sent back to us within 7 days of the request approval and must reached us within 20 days
Please allow us 7 business days for your exchange to be processed once it arrives at our warehouse.

The items shall be returned to YORATA, in unworn, undamaged, and in good condition, with all original packaging and tags attached including our hygiene sticker.Items under $50.00 USD and Discounted items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

We are not responsible for lost and/or stolen return packages. So please take a note of the tracking number.
www.yorata.com reserves the right to refuse any returns and exchanges which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval. We do not provide shipping labels for countries outside of Thailand (Yorata headquarter) for returns or exchanges returning back to Yorata headquarter. International customers interested in a return for a refund or exchange must cover return shipping costs.
